About the US Congress et al. Latest rant from BWI

The Iran Deal went into effect because the US Senate authorized Obama to make it 99-0.
They willl not vote on the TPP until after the elections and it will pass, because Obama and Hilary are in favor of it. , despite what Hilary says. They could have voted on it in February, but the people dont like it and they fear political liability.
Obama sends nominees and they dont get hearings, so he appoints recess members just to keep government functioning. By allowing Obama to make recess appointments, they are letting him appoint anybody he wants,rather than somebody that must be a consensus of the US Senate. He could have appointed a Supreme Court justice the same way.
They enable Obama to make these appointments and then like to criticize him as they avoid all political liability and then get to criticize hime for their inaction.
As far as anything else, you name the issue, Mitch McConnell , the Chinese ambassador in the Senate, will only do what China tells him.
Obama, a Harvard graduate, understands Constitutional law better than most, you or me for sure. So do many Senators who went to Harvard and other prestigios universities and learned from the same law books. You can call him anythng you want, but you cant call him dumb , unless you want to sound stupid..
The gun issue. OBama doesnt get what he wants there either. He can only get what the NRA wants. The bought and paid for congress will only do what the NRA tells them. They cant afford to think independently.

Quiet as its kept, the 2nd amendment is alive and well and did not and does not need the NRA to protect it. They appointed themselves as the guardian of the 2nd about 1977 as they become one of the biggest lobbies in Washington, something many consider whats wrong with DC ( lobbyists). The 2nd amendment is safe without them and they even present an existential threat to the 2nd as they promote gun sales for manufacturers to make money, money, money for their shareholders and they will continue to do so as long as they have enough suckers that. believe their bullshit

I believe in the 2nd Amendment and I see the NRA as a threat to it and the rest of the constitution and I dont want the NRA or any of its psycho psychophants "protecting" it for me. Why dont they worry about the 3rd amendment or some other harmless pursuit. The suckers wouldnt know the difference anyway.
